Dr. Leah Richardson
Dr. Richardson completed her Ph.D. in Educational Leadership and Higher Education from the University of Nebraska. She receieved her M.S. in Educational Leadership from William Woods University and her B.S. in Elementary Education from Missouri Western State University.
Dr. Richardson began her career in the St. Joseph School District in 2005. She taught for 9 years at Hall and Hyde Elementary Schools before leaving the classroom to become an administrative intern in 2014.
Dr. Richardson has held various leadership positions in St. Joseph prior to her selection as Lindbergh principal in 2018 including the following: administrative intern at Coleman and Lindbergh, administrative intern at Edison and Lindbergh, assistant principal at Oak Grove, acting principal at Webster Learning Center, and principal at Humboldt. She was the principal at Lindbergh for two years before joining Webster Learning Center in 2020.
